Hello, and welcome!
Here at Transformation Nutrition, I guide my clients step by step towards their health goals, providing evidence-based tools to address their individual needs.
Serving clients in the UK, Europe, Canada and the States, I specialise in supporting thyroid health, energy, mood and digestion.

I trained and qualified at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, the UK’s longest-established provider of professional Nutrition education.

If you haven’t yet experienced nutritional therapy, have a look at the testimonials page for some encouraging reports, or book an introductory call to find out more.
I would love to hear from you.
A little more about Clare and Thyroid health
Previously an academic historian, I turned to nutritional therapy during my own health challenges. After experiencing profound transformation myself, I retrained as a Nutritionist to help others find similar benefits.
Thyroid health is particularly important to me, because I’ve experienced first hand the confusion and stress of myriad symptoms, inconclusive blood tests, threatening prognoses and wildly conflicting advice in the public domain.
However, the good news is that holistic health approaches are designed to address the underlying mechanisms behind thyroid difficulties. I love the way they support not only thyroid function, but also the rest of the body as a whole, causing ‘side-benefits’ instead of side effects.
Now, I have the pleasure of supporting people from all over the world to understand their own health more clearly, regain their confidence, and feel well again.
I am a member of The Thyroid Collective, a group of holistic practitioners dedicated to improving the understanding and support of thyroid conditions.
As a member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, I undertake continuous post-graduate training, which keeps me up to date with the latest scientific research in nutrition and functional medicine.
My favourite aspect of working as a Nutritionist is the good news I hear daily from clients who are recovering
freedom, energy, peace of mind and joy in life.
